Executive Chef François Gagnon and his team work in the dramatic open kitchen, masterfully orchestrating CinCin's heritage wood-fired equipment. An ingredient-driven, seasonal focus sets the tone for Gagnon's menu with distinctive dishes embracing the sensibilities of the Mediterranean. Outstanding desserts demonstrate the Michelin star-studded pedigree of acclaimed Chef Patissier Thierry Busset.

Restaurant Director, Ricardo Ferreira directs his service team to produce a culinary stage performance. Housed in the private dining room, CinCin's wine collection is deep and global with rare vintages, boutique finds, and an extensive half bottle selection.
